What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will show a charge from "Clock In Clock Out, Inc.".

Do I have to sign a contract to use Clock In Clock Out?
A:
No. You are under no obligation to sign a contract or commit to a certain period of time when signing up for Clock In Clock Out. There are absolutely no fees for changing plans or canceling your account. However, you will need to send us a cancellation request via email when you would like to terminate your account.

What software do I need to use Clock In Clock Out?
A:
WindowsTM PC with Microsoft Internet ExplorerTM, or higher or most popular web browsing programs will work. No downloads or plug-ins are required. In Internet Explorer you can check the version of your browser under the Help > About menu.

Do I have to purchase any hardware to use Clock In Clock Out?
A:
Absolutely not! Just provide the telephone number of your client/location to be registered and choose a Unique Pin Number associated with each employee.

How long does it take to get my account set up?

Your account is immediately activated once you complete the signup form. You can login and start using your account immediately.

Here below are the standard Hipaa requirements which we have in place:
1. Secure Admission Controls: that are logged and where no one but authorized users can access data. Visit https://www.clockinclockout.com/admin and read our disclaimer.
2. Secure Internet Server: via Godaddy.com for the level of our encryption. You can click on our Godaddy.com shield on the top of our website and see further details.
3. User names and Passwords are assigned via your system Administrator and or Supervisor and passwords are hidden while being typed.
4. Timeouts: are executed and users are automatically logged out of the dashboard if idle time is longer than normal.
5. We monitor our physical web servers which are located in a maximum security data center that is monitored by security personnel 24 hours a day.
6. We do not house Medical Dx or Rx information on our network nor does our system require Social Security Numbers, Medical Record Numbers or any patient account numbers to work.
7. We run Malware, Virus Protection and our servers and switches are behind firewalls.
