Independence (HAPPI), Inc needed a telephony system that was not only reliable, easily accessible and user friendly, but economical as well. After some research, recommendations and cautions, HAPPI elected to use Clock In Clock Out (CICO). Having used CICO for almost a year now, we are happy with our choice. Technical support has always been available when needed and the few issues that have arisen, have been dealt with promptly; which makes us happy. We felt there had to be a better way than the old-time clock on the wall. I grew tired of ordering the cards, ribbon and then there was the time it took to add the hours of each employee. This was time consuming and not always accurate. It was an antiquated system.

One of the things that impressed me with Clock In Clock out was that they allowed us to use their services at no charge for a short time. The customer service has been outstanding, before, during and after we signed up. Roberto has been accessible after hours and weekends. Using CI/CO has saved us time with our bookkeeper as well. Since I started using Clock In Clock Out, my payroll has become easier and employees work time is accuratly paid and recorded.

I am so glad we finally found a solution for our business needs with CICO. We had been looking for a solution for months and every other system just did not do what we needed it to. We needed some custom IVR work done and they delivered at a reasonable cost. Since I brought up "Cost" you will not find another service like this at the current rates they charge. Don’t waste your time looking I have already done that. The whole CICO team always was there to answer any questions I had right away.
